the road condition on tour to Ili region and a driver needed |

help me to tour!
1. I plan to go to Daxiao Mowuhe tree farm ,Keerdening Grassland ,Qiaxi,and Talimu Forest park on 1st , August in Yili area , Xinjiang , but I heard that there is flood in local, the road has been ruined by flood . Asked that if there is a matter? If yes, can I go there?
3. How far is it from Jiadengyu to Hemu? How is the road? How long does it take by bus?
4. Asked that,is the road from Baihaba to Kanasi built well? Can buses get through?
5. I want to rent a commercial bus in theYili area (to be supposed best ,to be a Duanfeng 9) 4 days, please help me to introduce a local skilled driver, you’d better not being through the travel agency, as for the price, I will discuss with skilled driver |

I cann't give any further advice except this:
1,sometimes road, but is sand rock road, it takes more than 2 hours
2, more than 30 kilometers,in normal condition it takes 2 hours
4, it can not. |
