pamir highway-logistic and altitude sickness? |

hi,
we'll be travelling by land from Istanbul, through the caucuses and the 'stans' into china. we're going to do the Pamir highway. firstly... any suggestions of who to contact once we're over there to plan the Pamir highway trip... we are two people? approximate cost and time involved? is it difficult to arrange it while we're over there? lastly... are there any concerns about altitude sickness?

I don't know much about it but I asvise You should contact ACTED office in Murghab eastern Pamirs they will give you all the information.
