tell me something about Yunnan preparing for a tour |

Planning to visit Kunming, Dali, Lijiang and Zhongdian in December. As I
understand it, Kunming is a big town and the only major attraction is
the Stone Forest there.
How big is Dali ? Is the major attraction there just the lake or is
there something else ?
Are there tours in Dali which cover Dali, Lijiang and Zhongdian ? |

Dali is small and lovely, as I wrote you in your other post. The attraction
is the village itself and the nice people.
What I forgot to mention is that Zhongdian is ugly and not nice as a town.
Also the people are different or more so, indifferent.
The only good thing is the Monastery and the planes but, as said, that's
daytime only.
Dali is day and night a good stay. |
