I want to go to Lijiang and Shangri-la for 8 days , I would like to consult following questions:
1. I want to come back from Lijiang. Which is better,should I fly to Lijiang, then rent a car or fly to Shangri-la directly and rent a car there?
2. How to arrange my travel schedule?
3 I have already visited Lijiang and Yulong Snowy Mountain,therefore Shangri-la will is an important part of my trip.

1. There are little differences between them, after all ,it takes only three hours from Lijiang to Zhongdian . 2.You should rent a car, and the driver should design the travelling schedule under your request.
3.Only the Shangri-la county would take less time than you have planned. --I ponder that your "Shangri-la"do not refers to the Shangri-la county. You have a long time and going to rent a car, so I propose you drive a car via the loop line of "Shangri-la", I went on this way this June and led visitors (but recently you need to have all-terrain vehicle, because th way on D3 is very hard to go):
D1:Zhongdian-Deqin,Feilai Temple
D2: Feilai Temple-Yan Well(Guyantian,Tianzhu Church)-Mangkang
D3: Mangkang-Batang-Litang
D4: Litang-Dao City-Yading
D5: Yading
D6: Dao City-Xiang City- Zhongdian
D7: Zhongdian-Hutiaoxia-Lijiang
D8:Have a rest at Lijiang
( or D7: Zhongdian-Bita Sea-Baishui Tai- Hutiaoxia,D8: Hutiaoxia- Lijiang)
Of course,there are other different routes.
