what about a missing digit of my passport number? |

I recently got a Chinese tourist visa and after I had a careful look at the two bottom lines of the visa (where the machine readable information is encrypted) I found that the first digit of my passport number was missing and a (random) digit had been added to the end of it. Is this perfectly normal (am I paranoid)? Or will there be conflicting information when I arrive in China between the machine readable information and the correct passport number on the visa under the item "passport number:"? |

You shoudl inquire from relative orginization that you lest the trouble when you get China |
