how long is the train from Beijing to Kunming? |

does anyone have informations on how long the ride could be from Beijing to Kunming by train and how much it would cost? is it better to fly out there? anyone know how to get informations about chinese airlines abroad, all the sites i visited are partly in chinese or you need a chinese adress to get more booking informations!i.e. an hotel in Beijing to get infos on a beijing -kunming flight! |

There's a train from Beijing (West) station (none at the main station) to Kunming, the T61, leaving at 1840 and getting to Kunming at 1021 on the 2nd day after departure. It's 578 RMB for hard sleeper (middle bunk) and 890 RMB for soft sleeper. |
