I recommend Apr, May,or Sep,Otc , the weather it is the best ,not too hot not too cool. |

Um...I think Autumn is the best time. You could try to visit during Oct. Nov. Dec. I don't like spring in Shanghai, it rains a lot. Autumn is cool and it's not so cold before Jan. |
