where to have vegetarian food on tour to Urumqi, XingJiang |

Looking for Pure Vegetarian Food in Urumqi.
Can anybody help?
Are there any Buddist places, Hare Krishna, Indian Jains or similar
places to eat at?
No garlic, onion or meat stocks.
Or do you know of a meat place that is vegetarian friendly?
In Auckland a Nice Chinese Lady makes me Vegetarian dumplings.
I eat them often because around where I live I am not spoit for choice.
She also makes Be ing (Fried Bread/Pancake), with carrot, potato
with chilli sauce. We are good friends now, we help each other with each others language. My Chinese is not good but I will take a Chinese phrase book along with me to China. Don't tell me Urumqi doesn't have vegetarian, there must be some vegetarian infiltrators in this predominantly Muslim meat eating province.
Also if you are a closet Muslim vegetarian person, I would love to hear from you. Sorry I can't speak Urughur but willing to learn.
