Hi, I have a mobile phone with a China Mobile Shen Zhou Xing rechargable pre-paid SIM card. Whats the best way to call the USA from my mobile phone? Can I just dial direct and if so, does anyone know what that would cost? I have heard of IP cards. I'm in Kunming and I've asked a few people and they don't know what an IP card is. Are there IP cards in Kunming?

Ip caard is a kind of phone card that u can save your money by using it to call oversee or far distance in local country,and it cost u 0.3RMB in local distance and 1.1~3.8RMb to oversee ring ,but I can't tell u exectly the price of destination u can check it from any post office,in these days most of the telephone bar using that car ,so I think u don't need to use it by ur mobile,it is better to call in phone bar.
