Hi, I have a mobile phone with a China Mobile Shen Zhou Xing rechargable pre-paid SIM card. Whats the best way to call the USA from my mobile phone? Can I just dial direct and if so, does anyone know what that would cost? I have heard of IP cards. I'm in Kunming and I've asked a few people and they don't know what an IP card is. Are there IP cards in Kunming?

go to the post station they will tell you the cheapist way ,maybe they also give you the list of worldwide ring |
