In China, there are eight major cuisines such as Cantonese, Sichuan, Shanghai, Shangdong, Hunan, Fujian, Anhui, etc. I am familiar with Cantonese and Sichuan cuisines but what about Shanghai Cuisine?
Anyone can give me any idea of the typical Shanghai dishes besides the snacks like steamed duplings? Cindy
