I will be traveling Shanghai next year around 2-3 weeks. I just wonted to know good sights in Shanghai ?

3-4 weeks is an awfully long time for Shanghai! You will probably need 6 days there! I think one of attractions is the recently opened sky observatory in Shanghai so you want to go other places instead.
