I had not experence, to see the sad state of public toilets at the tourist
spots in special at the Potala Palace.
One pleasant surprise, in the morning spot the Lake, they are in the
process of installing new toilets . |

I just arrived in Shanghai and so will arrive up in Lhasa in a next week
by way of the new train ~ breaking it up to Beijing to Xining; then Xining
to Lhasa. I once spenta few months in Quito and so got used to the 2500
meter altitude |
