Is there a shuttle bus from Suzhou to Pudong airport?
Where do you get in in Suzhou?
Is that reliable?

Yes, there is a shuttle from Suzhou to Pudong Airport. It leaves from the China Eastern ticket office at 115 East GanJiang Rd. several times a day (6:20, 6:50, 7:20, 7:50, 8:20, 8:50, 9:30, 10:10, 10:50, 11:50, 12:50, 13:50, 14:50, and 15:50).
There are a couple of other stops in Suzhou, Total cost is 82 RMB. The bus fills often, so it might be prudent to buy your ticket in advance.
