Short visit in shanghai and pudong, help??? |

Would Octember 13 be a good date to visit Shanghai.
Also, would you recommend several hostel for budget-conscious traveller like me?
My plan as follow
first day we will be arriving around 3pm
second day Peoplesquare, shanghai museum, old chinese town, ferry trip to pudongpearl tower
third day day trip to suzhuo via train, back to shanghai, chinese acrobat at night
forth day tour around bund area by bike, then we will get the over night
to beijing
How is the itinerary ?
I'd like to see a.m.a.p but i'm afraid my itinerary would be too much or too little. Shanghai would be my first city for China...planning to go around at least for a month.
Thanks |

I think its too much on 2nd day. you'd better go to Suzhou that day afternoon ,because shanggai is crowded in my opinon, and Suzhou is really beautiful , you can stay there long then get the overnight train to beijing.
Biking in Shanghai isn't enjoyable at all, and bicycle rentals are not cheap or plentiful.
Weather is very nice in Shanghai at that time !!!!
Have fun! |

13/10 would be fine, you should have no problem finding something
to occupy that time in Shanghai. And I think i agree with Subinouven, Suzhou is really best place to choose! Let me know if you'd like to
meet up for a chat/tea/meal here.haha |
