About beijing train ticket |

My friend is coming to Beijing by June and we'd like to start traveling from Beijing 2 Xian, Guangzhou & Shanghai --all by train.
However, Im not familiar with the situation of railways in China and Im not aware of how much time in advance we must get these tickets.
As we plan 2 go one way until we arrive back in Beijing Im concerned about not finding a train ticket as we go further. Is there a place in Beijing that would reserve or buy us all those tickets in advance?
And Would it be reliable if there is? Im guessing it will cost us 50 rmb or more per ticket if we get it from the travel agents.
There are no official holidays by mid-March and students will be where they are. So do you still think it would be necessary to make a reservation in advance? |

In ma mind, only trains begun with letter Z can be bought in different cities. But unlukily Z trains all related 2 Beijing. So if u travel to any place from & back 2 Beijing, book tickets in advance is possible. The tickets between Xi'an, Shanghai &Guangzhou cant be reserved, theoretically. |
