We WILL visit Harbin for the Snow and Ice Festival January 2009. Can anyone suggest the most convenient hotel to be able to walk around the city and still have easy access to the sites?

WOW u r grate, there're many hotels and hostel u can reserver,dont be afraid, they,re convinient.
