About Hai Tao Hote ! |
|
|
I am planning to visit ShenZhen in April - May this year. Places that I would love to visit is Beijing Lu, Xiang Xhia Lu and other well known shopping areas. I am know thinking of where to stay. As this is a budget trip, I am trying to choose between 7 Days Inn or Hai Tao Hotel.
Can anyone please comment on either of this hotel in terms of cleaniness, safety, convenience, worthness etc? Thanks for your contribution. |

They are good value for money, comfortable and clean. I don't know anything about Hai De, but most Chinese hotels are adequate in cleanliness and amenity. Be aware though that Chinese beds are phenomenally hard, but that's just about everywhere. If you stay more than three nights at 7 Days, you get the special group price, as well as a drink of milk before bed!
Fuzhou Lu is a pedestrian street with lots of designer label stores. And prices. Changsha 9 Lu is also a pedestrian stret (mostly) and prices are very low. So it is very popular = crowded.
Changsha 9 lu (or as I call it, Up-and-Down Street) runs from the southern end of Fuzhou Lu towards Chaoshoulu metro station.
At the very south end of Fuzhou Lu is Haizhu square, which has several shopping malls. Metro station is haizhu guangchang. Near there are several places where you can take an evening river trip, from about 30RMB without meal.
Another shopping areas popular shopping area is around Tianhe. There are big department stores there, with western prices. Metro station is tiyu xilu. |
