Hello every body !
Do you know 2008-china Olympic Souvenirs? Olympic jade medal ?

I'll be visiting Beijing in end May with my family. My children would like to buy some olympic souvenirs.Where can we buy cheap olympic souvenirs? We would like to buy some jasmine tea leaves too.Should we buy in Beijing or is it cheaper to buy in Shanghai or Hangzhou?
As i would be bringing my 18mth baby along, i would need to use a pram. Is it convenient to use a pram in places like forbbidden city?

Plenty of official souvenirs have been on sale since what seems like the day after the last Olympics ended!

There are five mascots based on animals. Theirs names are Beibei, Jingjing, Huanhuan, Yingying and Nini.

Tea is a better deal in Shanghai and Hangzhou.
I would advise you to bring a baby backpack instead of a pram.

My suggestion:

leave your pram safe at home, and try using some much more convenient stuff to carry your kid.

We use a "baby-belt" or "baby-band", I don't know how to call it: it's very good for both the carrier and the baby, who conveniently "sits" in it, and is not "hung up", and it is of no weight. My baby is around 10 kgs. Cheers, Raoul. Crying or Very sad

If you can buy Olympic souvenirs just about everywhere including at the airport on the way out, which is very convenient.

Airport shops not the normal duty-free shops, which stock international products, but a separate part and very expensive souvenirs Airport shops. also stock a wide selection of teas, so I really wouldn't worry about finding jasmine or any other type of tea anywhere.

I wouldn't have thought there was much difference in price between Beijing and Shanghai, it is more a matter of what quality of tea (or Olympic souvenirs) you are looking for; don't forget about Hangzhou.!
