travel by train |

My boy friend and I are travelling from Shanghai to Beijing to Xi'an and then back to Shanghai.
We are trying to decide whether to take the train or to fly- we may do both.
I would like to see some of the Chinese countryside and take one part of the journey during the day. Any suggestions as to which part of the trip would be the most interesting ? |
