appartment needed |

I am looking for a 2-3 bedroom apartment to sleep 5 adults, centrally located, for 3 nights.
Inexpensive & centrally located..if such a thing exists!. Around $USD150/night.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Here is what I have found with the caveat that I have not used either of these services. I am going to try it in January. Fay's Rooms(shanghai.faysrooms.com) has several apartments, including one in Jingan district (very centrally located) that is a 3BR/2BA.
However, I know that in early January only 1 of the 3 rooms is available because I'm staying in 1 and the Master BR is already taken. You can contact them to see when the whole apartment is available.
Pricing seems good. The 2BR/2BA in North Jingan goes for RMB600 (USD 80) and the 3BR/2BA is RMB250 per room per night BUT the master is taken by the manager of Fay's Rooms so you can't rent the whole thing out.
Another vendor is Salo Homes (salohomes.com). I will check this out in January as well.
There are numerous service apartments as well in Shanghai. Search this forum for Service Apartments and I'm sure you'll see lots of posts discussing this topic! |
