hi all.
My boyfriend will join me for 2 weeks on my RTW trip and will fly to HongKong arriving just before Christmas. We will visit Guilin/Yangshou, Kunming, Dali and Lijiang.
I'm in Hangzhou at the moment and it's really cold here so I'm wondering what clothes should he bring for southwest China? I imagine it will be warmer in the south but exactly how much warmer? Like tropical 30 degrees celsius?

hello
Every winter I visited in the areas you listed had cool and sometimes cold weather. The only place I had 30 degrees was in San Ya on Hainan Island and one visit there I experienced two nights down in the 10 to 15 range.
So plan on having several cold days especially when it is raining. |
