I am planning to visit China in about a month.

I've been doing some research and planning out my routes.

However, I'm not sure whether traveling by train or bus would be better from one location to another.

Below is the planned route, please feel free to give me suggestions on whether I should go by train or bus. Your help will be appreciated.

Shanghai to Hangzhou: I'm planning to go by train
Hangzhou to Suzhou to Wuxi, to Nanjing: Hangzhou to Suzhou, is it better by train or bus? Suzhou to Wuxi and Wuxi to Nanjing will probably be better by bus?

Nanjing to Beijing: I think train would be best
Beijing to Xian: Train
Xian to Zhengzhou: Train or bus?
Zhengzhou to Shanghai: Train or bus?
Or I might just go straight to Shanghai from Xian, are there any attractions in Zhengzhou??

Shanghai to Hangzhou: by train

Hangzhou to Suzhou to Wuxi, to Nanjing: Hangzhou to Suzhou, is it better by train , train is more puctual l.

Lst time I traveled Shanghai to Suzhou by train around two hours , but while back to Shanghai I tried bus , it took me 4 hours because of heavy traffic near to Shanghai .

Suzhou to Wuxi and Wuxi to Nanjing will probably be by bus? these cities is not so big for heavy traffic .

Nanjing to Beijing: train would be best
Beijing to Xian: Train

You can go to Shanghai from Xian , I don't think Zhengzhou is worth to visit , if your time is enough try to visit Dunhuang it is very near to Xian .
