hello fellow travellers:
Does anyone have experiences of doing this route, going from xi’an to the lhasa and xinjiang? My parents and I are exploring the possibilities of doing this via public transport in late may.i want to know some informations about transport (where,how much,how long etc) in particular.

Train No. T27 From Beijing West to Lhasa arrives to xian 09:06 and departs
09:21 from Xian Station next day 20:58 arrives to Lhasa . It cost around $80 for soft sleeper .
Ther are regular trains from Xian to Urumqi -Xinjiang. |
