I am in Australia and will not arrive to Chengu until 22/3/05...
I want to fly to Lhasa the next day.
Can someone please tell me how to book a ticket and get the permit before I arrive.

There are two ways of booking ticket,one is contact with travel agency ,another one is book through net. But the Tibet ticket is bought after seeing the permission. So ,I think you have only one way that to contact with any travel agency.
