Trans-Mongolian Railway - one way ticket into China |
|
|
Hello everyone,
I plan on buying a one-way ticket from Vancouver to Hong Kong in order to travel overland to Moscow via the Trans-Mongolian Railway from March to July.
Will the fact that I'm travelling on a one-way ticket hamper my plans?
I've been told by certain travel agents that if I buy a one-way ticket into China then I also need to book some sort of transportation out of the country. I've already obtained my Russian and Chinese visas (will acquire Mongolian in China) and assumed the Russian visa would be sufficient to show that I do intend to travel onwards from China.
Can anyone offer relevant experience or information?
Thanks! |
