Ni Hao!

I am working in a small town called Fuyang about an hour outside of Hangzhou. I plan on on heading to Shanghai for my 4 day holiday coming up. A few questions for anyone who has time:

1) Do you know a good tailor? Would love to get a few suits made for cheap! cheap! cheap!

2) Any 'must do's'? I prefer things off the beaten track.

3) Any accomodation recommendations? Again, the key word here is CHEAP! I'm quite used to roughing it so tell me how it really is!
