transportation of travel to Yun Nan of China |

I am going to Yun Nan this month. Does anyone has information for the bus (fast) from Kunming to Dali? And, how can I get back from Shangrila to Kunming (the esiest, cheapest and fastest method ... well, more practical one)?
I have 14 days. Any suggestion about the itinerary? |

I am a Chinese from Yunnan .It takes about six hours for the fastest bus from kunming to Dali ,also you can take a train to do that and it takes nearly the same time if you like ,the cheapest train ticket is 36RMB per person for hard seat.And there is no railway connecting Dali in north -east Yunnan at the moment.
I hope some INFO of these will be helpful for your coming Yunnan journey,
