Hi - I'm trying to plan a two-week trip to China for a family group of seven people (all adults), probably in the winter. What's the most affordable way to do this? Are we a large enough group for it to be reasonable to try to set up a custom tour of some sort? I don't really want to join a pre-packaged tour group, and I know a little bit of Mandarin, so we could travel somewhat independently. But there are older people in the group who probably wouldn't want too much adventure.
