I am going to be visiting china next year and flying into Beijing. Do I need to have a contact person in Beijing when filling out my visa application? I will be visiting 3 friends in suzhou jiangsu, wuahn and quingdao cities...is it easy to buy plane tickets from each city to the next at the airport, or would it be better to buy online before I arrive? I will be staying in each city about 5 or 6 days, and then flying back to BJ for about 5 days before departing for USA. Can u recommend any good apartments that I could stay at for single person? |

You had better to get one visa before you arrive in China.Otherwise you can not entry in China though you are US citizen.
2>You had youe friends in China already so you do not need any contact in Beijing.
3>Suzhou has airport but does not work very often you have to fly to Shanghai and change on bus to Suzhou.The trip need to be planed very careful.And you might need to stay in Shanghai for one night.
4>Suggest that your friend book the ticket for you before you arrive.You can pay the ticket when you arrive in each place.But it will be better if you got the ticket before you left US.
5>Hotels should be booked before you arrive in China.That will help you with your trip.
No recommend for places as everyone has his own taste and standard. |

Yes, Benjamin is right.
If you have time and friend in China it is better to make purchases as early as possible, this will save you a lot of money.
