Did anyone take an overnight boat from Suzhou to Hangzhou? Is it a good idea to take it or you'd rather take a train? |

Did this way back in '95 and the boats were a little dingy (that said I've been on worse in China - there was running water at least) but it was good fun nonetheless
I wouldn't go out of my way just to take the boat (recommend doing this in summer as you'll get to see more) but it's a good way to meet some locals |
