Summer clothes in China |
|
|
Hello,
I am backpacking around China this summer from the beginning of July to early September. The Rough Guide states that it is hot, humid and there is likely to be typhoons in summer. What does this means in terms of what clothes to take? If i took 2 skirts, one pair of trousers a couple of t-shirts and a waterproof anorak does that sound sensible or will I need a warm jumper (for cold air-conditioned trains, if they exist) For those who have been backpacking before, does that sounds like the right amount of clothes to take or will I need a lot more?
Many thanks, |

T-shirts cost no more than 1-2 USD in China, all other basic clothes and shoes, good enough for travelling, also are like 60-80% cheaper than in Europe. Just bring some nice & comfy things to wear on the way in & out, buy what you need extra while there and if there is too much to take home, just give them away at the end. |
